Processing Time
Most orders are processed and ready to ship within 2–3 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during the holiday season or when order volumes are higher than usual.
Order Updates
You will receive email notifications with order status updates, including confirmation and tracking information, once your order ships.
Updating Shipping Information
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us promptly. If your order has not yet been packed, we will do our best to update your information. Once an order is packed or shipped, changes cannot be made.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship only within Canada and the USA. Unfortunately, we do not ship to other countries due to comparatively high shipping costs. You can run through checkout to view the shipping quote for your location.
Customs & Duties
For cross-border shipments, you are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may occur.
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed to be accurate. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
