Refund policy
Because all of our magnets are custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Every order is created based on your unique design, and once produced, it cannot be resold.
However, your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- Your item is defective,
- Your item arrives damaged, or
- You received the wrong item.
In such cases, we will carefully review the issue and work with you to resolve it.
